BRSWG Guild Workshop Policies
- BRSWG workshops will be published in the guild newsletter, which will provide an equal opportunity for all to register since many workshops have a participation limit.
- All workshop fees are established to pay the expenses of the workshop.
- A non-refundable $10.00 fee must accompany all workshop registrations. This will be applied to the workshop fee, however, it will not be refunded if registrant drops from the workshop.
- A payment schedule will be established for each workshop. Registrants agree to adhere to the schedule. Once paid, no fees will be refunded.
- Should the registrant need to cancel, they must:
- Contact the workshop coordinator.
- If there is a wait list, the coordinator will contact the first person on the list and continue until a replacement is found or put any openings to the membership and other interested parties.
- When a replacement is found, the workshop coordinator will assist the two parties with reimbursement.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the start of a workshop requires the registrant find their replacement and reimbursement.
